

UP cabinet approved these 19 proposals!
The cabinet meeting in Uttar Pradesh was held on Monday, march 10. This meeting was held in Lok Bhavan in the capital Lucknow under the leadership of chief minister Yogi Adityanath. After the meeting, Finance minister suresh Khanna told in a press conference that a total of 19 proposals were brought before the cabinet and all were approved.
Regarding the purchase of wheat, the minister said that the support price of wheat in the state has been declared - purchase will be done from ₹ 2425 / quintal. From 17 march 2025 to 15 june 2025, 6500 purchase centers will be set up where purchase will be done. Along with this, suresh Khanna said that the proposal to transfer free land to the Medical education Department for the medical college in Ballia has been approved. Along with this, the proposal to transfer free land to the Medical education Department for the construction of a nursing college in bulandshahr has been approved.
Decision regarding Stamp Department also
Apart from this, the revised project for construction of 300 bedded Gynecology and 100 bedded Pediatric block in Uttar Pradesh Medical university in Saifai, Etawah has been approved. The proposal for free transfer of land of Horticulture and Food Processing Department to Housing and Urban Planning Department for "Agra Metro Service" of Uttar Pradesh Metro rail Corporation has been approved. Apart from this, the proposal for free transfer of land of home Department to Housing and Urban Planning Department for Metro Depot of the second corridor of agra Metro rail Project has been approved.
Giving information regarding the Stamp Department, suresh Khanna said that the proposal to issue a government order to make physical stamps worth Rs 10 thousand to 25 thousand useless (out of circulation) has been approved, now the work will be done only through e-stamp, these stamps worth Rs 5630.87 crore were kept in various treasuries, hence this decision was taken, it will be implemented by the committee.
