'Jumla' budget presented by the government- uddhav Thackeray

What was announced for Ladki Behen Yojana?

The maharashtra government has allocated Rs 36000 crore for the Ladki Behen Yojana in the budget of Rs 700020 crore for the next financial year (2025-26). chief minister devendra fadnavis said that the election promise of the Mahayuti government will be fulfilled after fiscal balance is achieved but it will not happen from April. The government has estimated the fiscal deficit to be Rs 136234 crore and the total expenditure to be Rs 700020 crore in the budget.
