Whom did cm yogi Adityanath point towards this statement?

Under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, subsidy for refilling gas cylinders before holi has been issued by the state government to eligible women in Uttar Pradesh. In this regard, in a program in the capital Lucknow, chief minister yogi Adityanath himself handed over the cheque to some of the eligible women. According to the information, the government has spent Rs 1,809 crore for this subsidy issued for 1.86 crore families of the state.

After releasing the subsidy, the chief minister said something in an address that made people laugh and the hall echoed with applause. cm yogi said, 'Earlier it was very difficult to get a gas connection. One had to pay a bribe of 25 to 30 thousand rupees to get a gas connection. In such a situation, even if one got a gas connection, he could not get cooking gas. There was a lot of shortage during festivals. There were many people who felt that they would not get cooking gas and if there was a rolling pin in the house, who would get beaten with it.'

Free cylinder for 1.86 crore families

cm yogi said, 'Those people knew that if guests come to the house during the festival and the cooking gas runs out, then the respect is at stake, then how will food be cooked at home? How will dishes be prepared? people were worried about this problem. In such a situation, if they went there and did even a little politics, then the police would beat them. Either get beaten up by the police or get beaten up at home. To get rid of this problem and to save the eyes of mothers from smoke, prime minister Modi started the Ujjwala scheme.' Apart from this, cm yogi has also promised to give scooties to meritorious girl students in the results of board examinations.
