Vijay shankar Rai was the district president from 1984 to 1988, Satyanarayan Tiwari from 1988 to 1993, Rajendra Yadav from 1993 to 1996, Sachidanand Rai Chacha from 1996 to 2000, Prabhunath Chauhan from 2000 to 2003, uday Pratap Singh from 2003 to 2006, Ramtej Pandey from 2006 to 2009. Brijendra Rai was the district president from 2009 to 2012. The new district president said that party workers will be united to ensure victory in 2027.
