delhi Development Authority (DDA) Shramik Awas Yojana 2025 is offering up to 25 percent discount on more than 6,500 flats to building and construction workers. Registration for DDA Shramik Awas Yojana 2025 started from january 6 and the registration process will close on march 31. That is, the benefit of the scheme can be availed till this date. Under this scheme, flats are being allotted on first come, first serve basis.
According to the DDA circular, up to 25 percent discount is being provided on flats to workers registered with delhi Building and Other Construction workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) or PM Vishwakarma Yojana for building and construction related works. These flats in LIG, MIG, HIG and EWS categories are at locations like Narela, Sirsapur and Loknayakpuram.
How to apply?
First of all go to the official website of DDA www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in.
Now the home page will open in front of you, in which you have to click on the link of DDA Shramik Awas Yojana 2025.
After this, in the page that opens, you have to click on the option of Apply Now.
Now the application form of DDA Shramik Awas Yojana will open in front of you. After reading it carefully, enter the required information asked.
Now scan and upload all the required documents.
After this you have to pay the online registration fee, which is Rs 2,500 (including GST, non-refundable).
Now you will get a receipt, take a printout of it and keep it safe with you.
