Now all these employees of the corporation will be made permanent, only aam aadmi party could do this. Many congratulations to all the employees and their families."

AAP leader Durgesh Pathak also said that the AAP government in delhi Municipal Corporation under the leadership of arvind kejriwal has made a provision of Rs 800 crore in the budget. He further wrote, "Today the aam aadmi party government is going to fulfill their demand." It is worth noting that Mayor Mahesh Kumar Khinchi had called a special meeting on wednesday (March 17) to finalize the budget for the year 2025-26. This fund for the employees has been approved by bringing a revised proposal in the meeting. This fund will now be spent on making temporary employees permanent and promoting them.

Cuts made from these places

It is being told that leader of the house Mukesh Goyal has cut Rs 500 crore from the Mayor Fund and Rs 300 crore from the budget for maintenance and repair of roads. Instead, approval has been given to regularize contract workers. Opposition councilors raised slogans opposing the cut motion proposal.

Mayor Mahesh Kumar Khinchi gave information in a press conference, leader of the house Mukesh Goyal presented the budget on the last day of the budget session.
