Kapil Mishra said, "Bihar has always given leadership to India. Great personalities like Chanakya, Chandragupta, Emperor Ashoka, Guru Govind Singh, Jayaprakash Narayan, and Karpoori Thakur were born on this land." He said that bihar was not only great in the past, but even today it is at the forefront of the country's progress.
