The world's richest person and businessman Elon Musk has filed a case against the indian government. Elon Musk's company X Corp has filed a petition in the karnataka High court accusing the indian government of misusing the IT Act. In this, he questioned Section 79(3)(B) of the IT Act and said that this rule is illegal and creates an irregular censorship system, due to which content is being blocked.
