19 percent drop in house sales in Hyderabad..!?

It is known that BRS leaders are alleging that real estate in hyderabad has fallen and house and land rates have decreased in the one year since the congress government came to power. They allege that the housing market has fallen due to reasons like Hydra demolitions and Musi beautification. To support these allegations, a report by data analytics firm PropEquity has revealed that there has been a 19 percent decline in the housing market in hyderabad in the first quarter of 2025. It was revealed that the housing market has fallen in most major cities across the country in the first quarter of 2025, with sales in the top 9 cities declining by 23%. It has been revealed that there has been a similar decline in the last two quarters and there has been a sharp decline in the third consecutive quarter. However, it has been said that there has been a 10% increase in sales in major cities like delhi, NCR, and Bengaluru. In this context, it has been said that there has been a 17% increase in the launches of new ventures in Bengaluru.
It has been said that the decline in house sales is due to the continuous increase in house prices and the caution of investors amid geopolitical, political and economic concerns. While the highest decline in house sales was in delhi (38%), pune (24%), hyderabad (19%) and mumbai (10%). Meanwhile, there has been an improvement in sales in kolkata (4%), chennai (5%) and Bengaluru (10%).
