Life of Shah Faisal, who filed FIR against mla, is in danger!
The victim, who filed an FIR under serious sections against mla Vachaspati of Union minister Anupriya Patel's party Apna Dal S in Sangam city Prayagraj, has now appealed to cm yogi Adityanath for protection, expressing threat to his life and property. Victim Shah Faisal has alleged that the alliance of mla Vachaspati and mafia Atiq Ahmed's henchmen have been continuously threatening him and threatening him with dire consequences since filing a case in the court for the FIR. Victim Shah Faisal says that if anything untoward happens to him or his family members, then mla Vachaspati and the henchmen associated with the gang of mafia Atiq Ahmed, who have been named with him, will be responsible for it.
Shah Faisal, who filed the FIR, has also talked about complaining against mla Vachaspati to Union minister Anupriya Patel, leader of Apna Dal S, and cabinet minister in yogi government Ashish Patel. It is worth noting that after hearing the petition of Shah Faisal, a resident of Puramufti area of Prayagraj, the district court of allahabad had ordered the Prayagraj police to register an FIR against ten people including Apna Dal SK mla Vachaspati from Bara reserved seat. On the order of the court, a case was registered under serious sections against mla Vachaspati and many people associated with Atiq ahmed Gang in Dhoomanganj police station of Prayagraj on march 21. A case has been registered against all of them for murderous attack, demanding extortion, threatening, occupying land and damaging government property.

Two days after the FIR was registered, complainant Shah Faisal came in front of the media today. The victim said that he had also filed a case against mla Vachaspati in a fraud case in the year 2017. At that time, the mla had got the final report filed by the police by submitting fake documents. Later, when he came to know about it, he informed the court about this matter.
Victim Shah Faisal alleges that mla Vachaspati works with the people of Atiq ahmed gang to buy and sell lands. He alleges that he has been receiving continuous threats since the FIR was registered. Due to fear, he and his family are not coming out of the house. Anything untoward can happen to them at any time. Faisal says that if any incident happens to him or his family, then mla Vachaspati and the henchmen of Atiq gang named in the FIR will be responsible for it.
