After defeat in the assembly, congress eyes on MCD by-election!

congress called an important meeting on wednesday to prepare the strategy for the delhi Municipal Corporation by-election. The meeting was chaired by congress State President Devendra Yadav. He demanded the election commission to conduct the MCD by-election soon. Let us tell you that 12 seats in MCD have become vacant due to the councilors reaching the lok sabha and Assembly. In such a situation, the people of the ward are missing the councilors.

Many leaders including Dr. narendra Nath, Anil Bhardwaj, Jatin Sharma, Satendra Sharma, Mohammad Usman, Harsh Chaudhary, JP Panwar, Neetu Verma, Rajesh Garg, praveen Kumar, Chandrakant Giri and Charanjit Rai attended the meeting. They discussed in detail the strong claim and strategy of congress in the MCD by-election.

Devendra Yadav attacked bjp and Aam Aadmi Party. He said that the infighting between the two parties has stalled the functioning of MCD for the last 2 years. He asked to expose the 'Noora Kushti' of bjp and AAP in front of the public. The congress President said that the fight between the two parties has stopped the development of Delhi. The State congress President said that MCD elections are of small scale. The present time is in favor of Congress. Therefore, there is a need to work with strong candidates with the aim of victory.

Devendra Yadav said, "Despite BJP's victory in the assembly elections, people are discussing Congress. We just have to strongly present the side of Congress. We can win in the by-election. congress is now ready to put in all its strength to strengthen its position in 12 wards." He said that the leaders gave suggestions for the victory of congress in the MCD by-election. A display of unity was seen in the meeting.
