Infosys Firing: Tech giant Infosys has reportedly fired another 30-45 trainees from its Mysuru campus. According to a record of ',' these trainees had been terminated once they did not pass inner assessments .


But, this time round, the enterprise took a special approach. Infosys presented the affected trainees with alternative profession paths. The agency provided 12 weeks of education for capability roles in Infosys commercial enterprise system management (BPM) to those trainees. Moreover, the enterprise supplied a one-month ex-gratia fee and a relieving letter to all the affected individuals.


The organization will even sponsor the training for individuals who do not now opt for the BPM course, said the record. Furthermore, Infosys notified the affected trainees who failed to skip the inner assessment through email.
