He alleged that some of Kamra's controversial videos, which include controversial comments on the supreme court and many other people, have allegedly received funding from foreign organizations to make them. According to the report, this funding has been received in foreign currencies like dollar, riyal and dinar. According to Nirupam's allegations, some people involved in anti-India activities have given foreign funding of about Rs 4 crore to Kamra.
Illegal according to FCRA- Nirupam
Nirupam said that this matter is very serious because under FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act), it is considered illegal for any channel associated with media broadcast to take such foreign funding.
Linking this issue to treason, he demanded a thorough investigation on it and said that he will complain to the concerned investigating agencies and this matter should be investigated deeply. Apart from this, he also said that Sanjay Raut's statement also shows that some people from Kunal Kamra's team had gone to 'Matoshree', due to which it is being speculated that he may also get political support.
Demand for ban on meat shops during Navratri- Nirupam
Along with this, shiv sena leader Nirupam has also raised the demand to close meat shops during navratri in Andheri area. He said that a petition will be filed in MIDC police station today regarding this.
