Shiv Sena-UBT mp sanjay raut has demanded special protection for comedian Kunal Kamra. For this, he has cited the security given to kangana Ranaut. Kunal Kamra created a controversy by making a statement against deputy cm Eknath Shinde, after which an FIR has been registered against him in Mumbai.
sanjay raut says that just like bjp mp kangana ranaut was given security due to a dispute with the undivided Shiv Sena, Kunal Kamra should also get security. sanjay raut said in a press conference, "I demand from the maharashtra government that Kunal Kamra should be given special protection. kangana ranaut was given special force for protection when she was having a dispute with us."
Kamra did not respond to the police summons
Meanwhile, three more complaints have been filed against Kunal Kamra. One of these was made by the mayor of Jalgaon city, while another by a hotel owner and a businessman from Nashik. Kunal Kamra was summoned by mumbai police on march 27 for questioning. However, he has not yet joined the questioning, rather he has posted on social media that he is not afraid of anyone. On the other hand, madras high court has granted anticipatory bail to Kunal Kamra on Friday. He has been granted bail till april 7.
Relief to Kunal Kamra from madras High Court
Kunal Kamra had said that he was receiving many threats and he had filed a petition in madras high court seeking transit anticipatory bail. Kunal Kamra had used the word traitor for deputy cm Eknath Shinde in one of his poems. Opposition parties are standing in his support on this comment, while the ruling parties have strongly objected.
