The Amir of Imarat-e-Sharia made a big statement!
The Waqf Amendment Bill will be presented in the lok sabha Today. The Muslim organization is continuously opposing this Waqf Bill. The leaders of the opposition are also against it. Protests were also held. Meanwhile, today on tuesday (April 01, 2025), Amir Anisur rahman Qasmi of Imarat-e-Sharia held a press conference in Patna. On the one hand, he counted the flaws of the Waqf Bill, on the other hand he has appealed to cm nitish kumar, chirag paswan and chandrababu naidu to put pressure to withdraw the bill.
'44 flaws in the Waqf Bill'
Anisur rahman Qasmi said that our demand is that the bill should not be presented. There are many flaws in the bill. This bill is in favor of the land mafia. He said that there are 44 flaws in the Waqf Bill. The government should withdraw it. He appealed to bihar cm nitish kumar to not support the bill. He has also requested chirag paswan and his mp for the same. He also said that chandrababu naidu should also put pressure to withdraw the bill.
It was said through the press release that the Waqf Board is being used as a political weapon to end the existence of the Muslim community. The government is forcefully occupying its properties in the name of mosque, madrasa, cemetery every day.
'Waqf is our own property…'
Imarat-e-Sharia's senior trustee ahmed Ashfaq Karim Sahib said that we are indians and we cannot separate ourselves from the rights given to us by the Constitution. Waqf is our own property and we appeal to the central government including the bihar government to stop the Waqf Bill. We will always fight for the protection of Waqf. Maulana Mohammad Shibalik Qasmi of Imarat-e-Sharia said that we all want that first of all the government should understand the flaws of this bill.
