Fashion designer assaulted over parking, case filed…
A case has come to light of a fashion designer woman being allegedly assaulted and molested over a parking dispute in Santacruz carpet area of Mumbai. On the complaint of the woman, Vakola police have registered a case against three people under sections 74,79,126(2) and 351(3) of BNS.
What is the matter?
According to the information received from Mumbai's Vakola police, the woman told the police that her husband is a football player and he had to go to Vashi area of Navi mumbai and he went to take his car out of the parking because he had to go out, but another car was parked in front of his car. So it was difficult to take it out, when the watchman was asked, he told that the car belonged to the accused Nizamuddin Khan, who lived in our building.
What does the victim have to say?
The woman's husband contacted the accused over the phone and asked him to remove the car, but even after a long time, he did not make any attempt to remove the car. Then Nizamuddin's eldest son (unknown) came to the parking and said that the car is not starting. So I went to Nizamuddin's house with my husband to inquire about the matter. On ringing the doorbell, accused Nizamuddin and his son Tahir and his other 2 children came out of the house, requested to remove their car parked in front of our car, so that they could go to work.
Then Nizamuddin, his son Tahir and his two children started arguing with me, at the same time my husband came there, hearing the shouting people living in the neighborhood also came there, when I stopped them from arguing, then accused Nizamuddin abused me and his son Tahir used wrong words for me. He caught my hair and beat me with his hands, at that time my husband and others saved me. The woman contacted the police and lodged a case against Nizamuddin Khan, Tahir Khan and other accused in Vakola police Station.
