Pandit Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham's discourse program is going on in Dive Anjur area of Bhiwandi. Noise control rules were violated in this program, where loudspeakers were used till 11 pm. Due to this violation, the police have registered a case against the program organizers.
In this regard, a case has been registered against the organizers of the program Rudrapratap Tripathi and dilip kumar Naval. On the complaint of the police inspector of Narpoli police station, a case has been registered against the organizers under section 135, 37 (1) of the indian police Act and section 223 of the indian Justice Code.
Loudspeakers are banned after 10 pm
According to the rules, playing any kind of musical instrument or using a loudspeaker after 10 pm is prohibited. Despite this, the organizers continued the program till 11 pm. Around two to three thousand people were present in this program. Despite the earlier warning given by the police, the sound limit was violated, due to which this action has been taken. Meanwhile, the Katha of Bageshwar Dham has been organized in Bhiwandi and this time the administration has taken the violation of rules seriously.
