During this, it came to light that Tahawwur Rana opened an immigration center in India. Tahawwur Rana then said that Headley would be its head. Due to this, Headley kept coming here for two years. This was a complete conspiracy. Which came to light during NIA's interrogation.'' He said, ''After this, continuous efforts were made for extradition. But now this success was achieved. Both the UPA government and the current government tried to bring Tahawwur Rana to india today.''
