Amanatullah Khan said, "I am thankful to the supreme court from the bottom of my heart. To all the judges of the supreme court, to all the lawyers who rose above religion and stood up for us and worked hard. They helped in saving this country. Today we are completely satisfied with this decision. The way the central government came today and said that we will not make any new restrictions. We will not tamper with anything, the properties that have been used by Waqf will remain. Mosques, dargahs and graveyards will remain as they are. They will not tamper with the members of Waqf either. They will not make any appointment."
How can DM be above everyone- AAP MLA
The government has asked for seven days' time, on this AAP mla Amanatullah Khan said, "They will file a reply in seven days. After that, we have been given five days." On the role of DM, he said, "How can DM be above all? He has to be removed. It is 100% certain that he will be removed. The Wakf Board will remain as it was."
