The bench of Chief Justice of india (CJI) Justice sanjeev Khanna, Justice Sanjay Kumar and Justice K.V. Vishwanathan has given seven days' time to the central government to file a reply. The government assured the court that during this time no denotification or new appointment will be made. The next hearing will be on May 5.

They demolished more than 300 temples in Kashi and gave the land to their friends to do business."
