According to IANS, bjp mp Nishikant Dubey on saturday made a controversial statement regarding the ongoing hearing in the supreme court on the Waqf (Amendment) Act. Referring to the role of the judiciary, Nishikant Dubey said, if the court does the work of making laws, then the existence of parliament becomes meaningless.
