Gun-toting sibling of Dhirendra Shastri-arguments in court?

These arguments are given in the court

The accused lawyer argued that this case has been registered solely on the basis of the viral video. In such a situation, it is not proved on the basis of the video that the accused carried out the incident because it cannot be confirmed in the viral video. He also said that the police took a long time to register the case. The court is requested to first investigate the video. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court released Bageshwar Dham's brother on bail.

It is noteworthy that on february 11, a daughter was getting married in the family of Ahirwar Samaj in Gadha village of Chhatarpur in Madhya Pradesh. The family had earlier applied for marriage at the mass marriage conference of Bageshwar Dham. But later decided to do a private programme. After this, soon after knowing about the marriage, Dhirendra Shastri's younger brother Shaligram along with his companions reached the venue of the wedding ceremony in a drunken state around 12 o'clock in the night.

Shaligram had committed hooliganism while opposing the playing of folk songs during a Dalit wedding. Along with this, there are allegations against him that he beat up the family members of the girl and threatened to kill them and fire them. Someone had made a video of this incident during that time and after this video went viral on social media, the police registered a case against him.
