During this period, tying a rakhi on brother's wrist is prohibited. However, if for some reason, Raksha Sutra cannot be tied in this holy muhurat, then Raksha Sutra can also be tied in Bhadra Punch from 9:51 am to 10:54 am. Do this only in unavoidable circumstances. Tying Raksha Sutra in Bhadra Mukha after 10:54 am till 12:38 pm will be completely prohibited.
