Sharadiya navratri is celebrated in Banswara, Chittorgarh, jaipur and Ajmer of Rajasthan. On the first day of the festival, a crowd of devotees gathered in the goddess temples and Shaktipeeths. A flood of faith swelled in famous goddess temples like Tripura Sundari temple in Banswara, Kalika Mata temple in Chittorgarh fort, Shila Devi temple in Amer fort of jaipur and Nausar Mata temple in Pushkar (Ajmer). Tripura Sundari Mata temple Trust President Kantilal Panchal said that in view of navratri, the entire temple complex has been decorated with colorful lights.

Ghatasthapana was done in the temple located in Talwara, about 15 km from the city, under the direction of Pandit Nikunj Mohan Pandya. temple manager Jagesh Panchal said that by noon more than 10,000 devotees had visited the temple. He said, "During navratri, devotees from neighboring states like Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, gujarat also come to visit the temple. Security and other arrangements have been made for the convenience of the devotees." Tripura Sundari temple is one of the most famous goddess temples in Rajasthan. Apart from common people from all over the country, politicians also often come here.

temple Trust General Secretary Natwarlal Panchal said that 12.25 quintals of special prasad has been prepared for the first day. On the first day, maha Aarti was performed with Vedic chanting at Kalika Mata temple in Chittorgarh Fort. temple Mahant Ramnarayan puri and Brahmins performed maha Aarti in the presence of officials of Ekling Nath Trust. A large number of devotees from all over the country reach Kalika Mata temple during the nine days of Navratri. The former royal family of Mewar organizes Chandi Paath. Chandi Paath lasts for nine days and the ritual is completed with Purnahuti. Pawan Nath, a tourist guide at Chittorgarh fort, said that devotees from far and wide come to the temple to fulfil their wishes.
