VHP Announced The Liberation Of Kashi-Mathura In Annual Meeting...

Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind has objected to the statement of vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) regarding complete liberation of Kashi-Mathura. Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind UP's legal advisor Maulana Kab Rashidi said that such people want to spoil the peaceful environment of the country by pushing the country into religious frenzy. Maulana Kab Rashidi said that they neither believe in baba Saheb Ambedkar's constitution nor respect the country's court. Such people should be controlled by people sitting on constitutional posts in the government. Such people should not have any place in civilized society.

Reacting to the decision to agitate for Kashi mathura in the VHP meeting, Maulana Kab Rashidi said that the parliament of this country had made the Places of Worship Act 1991. In which it was decided that the religious place which was with the people of which religion in the year 1947 will remain with them so that no new dispute arises. Only babri masjid was kept out of this law. He said that on 12 december 2024, the supreme court of india also said that the supreme court stays all the petitions challenging the Places of Worship Act. No lower court in the country can register any new case regarding the temple mosque dispute nor can it pass a survey etc. on it.

People protesting are not above the Constitution - Maulana Kab Rashidi

Even after the judgment of the supreme court, if some people are talking like this, then I have full faith that such people have no faith in the Constitution of india nor on the parliament of the country nor on the supreme court of India. people protesting on Kashi, mathura, sambhal and Ajmer are not above the Constitution of Dr. Ambedkar.

These people want to spoil the harmony of the country - Maulana Kab Rashidi

The Maulana said that when the institutions formed under the ambit of Dr. baba Saheb Ambedkar's constitution have given a model to the country and drawn an ideological line, then how can they be authorized to cross it. They want to spoil the harmony of the country. people sitting on constitutional posts in the country should take cognizance of such people and decide in which direction we are taking India. Maulana Kab Rashidi said that will you decide where the temple was? You had said that babri masjid was built by demolishing a temple, but if you look at the judgment of the supreme court, it is not written anywhere in it that there was a temple here and a mosque was built by demolishing it. The supreme court has not said this anywhere in the judgment, so if we go by your words, then god knows how many mosques will be there in the country, which you will say were built by demolishing temples.
