The crowd of devotees in Prayagraj is not decreasing due to maha Kumbh. people from all over the country are coming to maha Kumbh by bus, train and private vehicles. In view of the increasing crowd, Prayagraj Junction railway station has been closed. A notice has also been issued by the Railway Administration regarding this.
Railways issued a notice in view of the increasing crowd in maha Kumbh and said that it is being propagated that Prayagraj Junction has been closed. In this regard, it is to be informed that, as per the order of Prayagraj district Administration, Prayagraj raj Sangam Station of North Railway lucknow Division will remain closed for passenger traffic from 1:30 pm on 9 february to 12:00 pm on 14 February.
Trains are running at 8 stations of maha Kumbh area
Let us tell you that a rumor was spread that Prayagraj Junction has been closed from 9 february to 14 February. After which the correct information was given by the railway administration. The railway administration said that regular and special trains are running regularly from the other eight stations in the Mahakumbh area, Prayagraj Chheoki, Naini, Prayagraj Junction, Subedarganj, Prayag, Phaphamau, Prayagraj Rambagh and Jhunsi.
Talking to the media in this matter, Railway minister Ashwini Vaishnav said, "All arrangements are being taken care of at 8 railway stations for Prayagraj Mahakumbh. The state administration is doing everything together in a very coordinated manner. Yesterday 330 trains departed from Prayagraj Junction and even today trains are running in a systematic manner. If someone is trying to spread rumors, then we should not listen to them, everything is going on well."
