The number of devotees is continuously increasing, due to which most of the parking spaces are full. As a result, vehicles have started standing on the road, which has further increased the problem of jam. Apart from this, lack of coordination with the adjoining districts is also becoming a reason for the jam. No concrete plan has been made to control the vehicles coming to Prayagraj at the borders. As a result, thousands of vehicles are entering the city without any stop, due to which the traffic has become completely chaotic.

Actually, police force and paramilitary forces have been deployed from outside districts for traffic and security in maha Kumbh. But due to lack of local geographical information, these soldiers are not able to tell the devotees the right way, due to which the problem of jam is becoming more severe. Apart from this, devotees are not able to get information about the jam on time. Due to lack of signs and information boards on the roads, people are getting misled.
