Ganga Aarti will be performed symbolically in Varanasi!
The effect of the reverse flow of Prayagraj Mahakumbh is being seen continuously in Varanasi. After Mauni Amavasya and now Magh Purnima, people continue to come to varanasi from Sangam city. In view of the increasing crowd, it was decided to perform ganga Aarti of Kashi symbolically from february 11. Now this situation has been extended further. Till february 26, on the instructions of the administration, ganga Aarti of Varanasi's world famous Dashaswamedh Ghat will be performed symbolically only.
Aarti of Maa ganga is performed daily at different ghats of Varanasi. A large number of people also come from other cities to see this Aarti. During Prayagraj Mahakumbh, a huge crowd of people is being seen on the ganga Ghat since evening, especially to see ganga Aarti. Sushant Mishra, the organizer of ganga Aarti at Dashaswamedh Ghat in varanasi, while talking to ABP News, said that due to the reverse flow of maha Kumbh, devotees are continuously coming.
Appeal to join through online medium
Aarti is being performed symbolically at ganga Ghat from 11 february and now on the instructions of the administration, ganga Aarti will be organized symbolically till 26 February. This means that the Aarti of Maa Bhagwati will be performed by an Archak in which a limited number of people will be present.
Before the symbolic Aarti, the organizers of ganga Aarti had appealed to the people to join the ganga Aarti through online medium only. After two days, a huge crowd was again seen at the ganga Ghat. Keeping this in mind, ganga Aarti is being performed symbolically on the instructions of the administration. At present, even after 16 february, till 26 february, the Aarti of Maa ganga will be performed symbolically at ganga Ghat in Varanasi.
