Sensational verdict on Djokovic visa cancellation case..!

World number one tennis player Novak Djokovic has been denied entry to australia to attend the Australian Open without a corona vaccine certificate, and his visa has been revoked by the Australian Border Security Force. He was in custody. Djokovic has filed a lawsuit in federal court in melbourne seeking permission to attend the Australian Open. Following the trial, the court ruled today that the Australian government had revoked Djokovic's visa.

It is seen as a major setback by the Australian court for the Australian government's strict adherence to corona prevention rules. It also ordered Djokovic's release from custody within 30 minutes of the verdict.

However, Immigration minister Alex Hawke said the visa could be revoked using personal authority, according to the public prosecutor.  The court from australia has the power to release Djokovic within 30 minutes but it was stripped out of power to release the refugees who were detained for almost nine years. This decision was trolled by many people on social media.  Many people are tweeting saying that australia has a bankrupt immigration system that should be overhauled fully. But the Australian government had said that within the Immigration Minister's powers to consider the canceling of the visa of Novak Djokovic, despite today's court ruling.
