According to the information, Aarti Sehwag is a partner in SMGK Agro Products, a company producing various fruit products. SMGK Company based in ashok Vihar, delhi had taken an order from Lakhanpal Promoters and Builder Company, but could not fulfill it.
After this, he had to return the money to Lakhanpal promoters and SMGK gave a check of Rs 2.50 crore. This check bounced. A non-bailable warrant was issued against Aarti regarding this matter.
