Football monster Maradona's T-shirt auctioned..!?

The late Diego Argentine footballer Maradona's 1986 T-shirt has been auctioned for Rs 70 crore. This is the highest price ever for a sports souvenir. Maradona was one of the most celebrated people in the football world in the 1980s. Under his leadership, argentina participated in the 1986 world cup in Mexico. Maradona scored 2 goals in a personal effort in the match against england in the quarter-finals. The silk ball in his hand entered the goal post when he tried to hit a goal with his head in it. He said at the time that it was not his hand that hit that goal, it was God's hand. In a football match, the T-shirt is exchanged with the opposing players at the end of the match. He will do this to show that everyone is equal. The T-shirt worn by Maradona in the 1986 match went to England's Steve Hodge. It became known as the Hand of god T-shirt. That t-shirt is currently up for auction. Many were eager to auction off that t-shirt. This is the highest bidder ever for sporting memorabilia. It has been bought for Rs 70 crore. Earlier, New York Yankees baseball legend Baby Ruth's sportswear was auctioned for Rs 40 crore, the highest ever.
