Karnataka skipper mayank agarwal hurried to hospital...

Mayank Agarwal, the captain of karnataka, was taken to the hospital in Agartala after being ill.  State cricket Association officials claimed on tuesday that mayank agarwal, the opening batsman for india and the current captain of karnataka, was taken to a nearby hospital shortly before the departure of his flight to New delhi due to illness. It is thought that he is safe. mayank, an indian test player of twenty-one, guided karnataka to victory over Tripura on monday by a margin of 29 runs.

"There is no threat facing Agarwal. He is currently being monitored at a hospital in Agartala, and once we receive an update from the doctors—which we anticipate tonight—we will fly him back to Bengaluru," a karnataka State cricket Association (KSCA) representative told PTI under condition of anonymity. Agarwal will not, however, participate in the upcoming Ranji Trophy match in surat against Railways. "He will not be participating in the next game that karnataka plays (on february 2, against Railways in Surat). Apart from that, there's no veracity to any circulating rumors. We are in contact with physicians and other state officials, and he is presently stable," the official stated.

Since Nikin Jose is the team's chosen vice-captain, he should assume captaincy in the upcoming game. In a statement, indigo did not provide more details regarding the nature of the medical emergency. A medical emergency on board forced indigo flight 6E 5177, which was traveling from Agartala to delhi, to return to its starting point. After being unloaded, the traveler was sent to the hospital immediately in need of more medical care. At 1620 hours, the aircraft took off once more toward its destination, according to the airline's press release.
