After being excluded from the olympics, Vinesh Phogat's health deteriorated and she was then admitted to the hospital, where indian Olympic Association (IOA) President PT usha reached to meet her. According to the head of the indian medical team, Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala, every wrestler is at a loss for weight. One has to lose weight to fight in different categories. He said, "In Vinesh's case, she fought in 53 kg category mostly with a weight of 55 to 56 kg. Once Vinesh came to the 50 kg category, she had to lose at least six kg before every competition. Losing weight suddenly is an extremely difficult process.
