Can Vinesh Phogat get a silver medal..!?

Indian star wrestler Vinesh Phogat's issue is known. It is known that she was disqualified from the tournament as she weighed only one hundred grams more than the required weight for the category in which she competed. When the medal was expected, the whole of india was shocked to be disqualified after the medal. Meanwhile, Vinesh, who could not recover from this shock, announced that she was putting a full stop to her career. At the same time, she filed a petition in the sports court on the issue of her disqualification. The court accepted this for investigation.
Vinesh approached the court of Arbitration for sports (CAS) on her issue. This company was established in 1983. This court resolves disputes arising out of sports. In 1993, the organization became fully independent. Through the Treaty of Paris, the international Olympic Committee, Association of Summer Olympic international Federation, and Association of National Olympic Committees recognized this organization in the presence of the then-French minister of Justice.

They have set up two temporary offices in Paris, the capital of france, the host country, in the wake of the latest Olympic Games. One of them is the CAS ad hoc division. This organization takes the responsibility of resolving disputes arising in sports. It receives the complaints of the players and discloses its decision within 24 hours. This policy has been implemented since 1996. In some special cases, she takes a bit more time to judge. Currently, Michael Leonard from America is the president of the CAS Ad Hoc Division, Dr. Elisabeth Steiner from austria is the vice president, and Carol Malinwad from france is acting as the other vice president. And what will be their verdict in the Vinesh issue is now causing excitement. If the verdict is positive, a silver medal can be awarded. However, those chances are said to be very low.
