Manchester City displayed their dominance in the Premier League with a commanding 4-1 victory over Ipswich Town at the Etihad Stadium. Despite an early scare, where Ipswich's Sammie Szmodics found the back of the net in the 7th minute, City quickly turned the tide with a relentless attacking performance.

Erling Haaland, living up to his reputation, equalized for City in the 12th minute and then struck again just four minutes later, securing a quickfire brace that left Ipswich reeling. Kevin De Bruyne added to Ipswich's misery with a goal in the 14th minute, capitalizing on a mistake by Ipswich goalkeeper Arijanet Muric.

The second half saw more of the same, as City maintained a stranglehold on the match. Haaland completed his hat-trick, further solidifying his status as one of the most lethal forwards in the league. Ipswich struggled to mount any significant challenge, with City controlling 75% of possession and firing 16 shots, compared to Ipswich's single effort on goal.

This victory continues the Manchester City's strong start to the season, reinforcing their position as title contenders, while Ipswich will be left to regroup after a tough outing against the reigning champions
