Karni Singh was the last Maharaja of bikaner and one of India's most successful clay pigeon trap and skeet shooters. He was the first indian athlete to participate in five Olympic Games. His eighth place in Rome olympics 1960 was the best performance of his career. Karni Singh entered politics in 1952 and won the lok sabha seat from Bikaner. He represented bikaner in the lok sabha for five consecutive times from 1952 to 1977.

rajyavardhan singh rathore (Shooting)

rajyavardhan singh rathore, who won a silver medal in double trap at the Athens olympics 2004, joined the bharatiya janata party in 2013 and became an mp from jaipur Rural in 2014. In his first term, he held the post of minister of Information and Broadcasting and minister of sports and youth Affairs.
