BCCI Secretary jai Shah made bumper announcement!!!

bcci Secretary jai Shah has made a big announcement regarding the salary of players in IPL. jai Shah said that the players playing in the indian Premier League will be paid Rs 7.5 lakh separately for playing each match in addition to the amount of the contract made with a team.

jai Shah gave information through social media and said, "A historic decision is being taken to celebrate the consistent great performance in the indian Premier League. We are very happy to inform that our cricketers will be given a match fee of Rs 7.5 lakh for each match. If a player plays all the matches in the entire season, then he can earn Rs 1.05 crore more in addition to the contract with the team."

jai Shah further said in his statement that each franchise will allocate Rs 12.60 crore to pay match fees throughout the season. This is the beginning of a new era for the IPL and our players.

There is speculation of very big decisions being taken in the bcci annual meeting. Let us remind you that in July, bcci officials had a meeting with the IPL team owners. In that meeting, many team owners had raised questions about the retention policy and the team purse. Due to this, it is now being speculated that in the mega auction of IPL 2025, each team may be allowed to retain at least 5 players.
