Bumrah won the ICC Test Cricketer Award of the year..!?

Indian team's star fast bowler bumrah has won the ICC's 2024 Test Cricketer of the Year award. With this, he has created the record of becoming the first indian fast bowler to win this award. Bumrah's Test cricket career in 2024 should be engraved in golden letters. bumrah, who has played 13 Test matches, took 71 wickets in 2024 alone. bumrah received this award after competing with Joe Root Cummins, Harry Brooke, and Kamindu Mendis for the Best Test Cricketer award. bumrah also captained india in two Tests in Australia, winning one of them.
In the series against Australia, bumrah took 32 wickets, becoming the highest wicket-taker in that series. Not only that, he also became the indian bowler to take the most wickets on foreign soil.
