Last year, shruti haasan made her OTT breakthrough with the Netflix anthology Pitta Kathalu. Bestseller, the performer's first web series, has wrapped filming. On february 18th, she would star in a web series produced in bollywood for amazon Prime Video in that she will play the female protagonist. "I'm really looking forward to the web series. I have a great part to perform, and people will notice.

The process of filming a web series and a movie will be the same. Only afterwards do we observe the change. When a film is released on OTT, it will reach a new market. The web series will have deep and sophisticated storylines, according to Shruti. She will reunite with mithun chakraborty after twelve years in the miniseries, which is based on ravi Subramanian's novella The Bestseller.

They initially collaborated on Shruti's debut film, Luck, a 2009 action thriller. The plot revolves around love, treachery, and restoration. "With the exception of Netflix's Squid Game, I practically watched every popular title on OTT." I'm not going to see it till the excitement has died down because I don't want to view it with preconceived notions. As a result, I'd only watch it after a year. That's how I'm always. "I didn't read Harry Potter when everyone was obsessed with it when I was a kid," the starlet admitted.
