Sana Amanat, a producer for Ms. Marvel, speculates on how the inhabitants of Earth are aware of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Ms. Marvel, the next Disney+ series from Marvel Studios, aired on june 8. In the lead-up to The Marvels, Iman Vellani stars as Kamala Khan, a 16-year-old Pakistani American who moves from being a superhero/Captain Marvel fanatic to gaining her own superpowers.

Kamala disobeys her parents and attends the first-ever AvengerCon fan gathering at former shield facility Camp Lehigh with her closest friend Bruno in Ms. Marvel's debut episode, "Generation Why" (Matt Lintz). Kamala comes to an event dedicated to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's mightiest heroes dressed in a handmade Captain Marvel costume, with hordes of other cosplayers. The atmosphere at AvengerCon is packed with easter eggs, like as cardboard standees and monuments to fallen Avengers like Black Widow and iron Man.

Marvel producer Sana Amanat detailed how the "Terrans" feel about the Guardians of the Galaxy in a recent interview with The Direct. Because Ms. Marvel takes place at least two years after Avengers: Infinity War, recovered footage from the last fight against Thanos is likely to have informed much of what Earthlings know about the Avengers' lesser-known members.
