Nintendo is wrapping up their summer event season with a double-header showcase on the calendar. Tomorrow, starting at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET, they’ll kick things off with an Indie World Showcase, followed immediately by a Partner Direct. Yippee!! The two back-to-back events are set to last a total of 40 minutes.

Earlier this summer, Nintendo made headlines with a big showcase in June, where they revealed several exciting new first-party games. These included a fresh Mario & Luigi title, a new entry in the legend of Zelda series featuring Zelda herself, and the long-awaited Metroid Prime 4, which is finally scheduled for release in 2025 after a decade-long development journey.

While tomorrow’s events are unlikely to match the scale of June’s announcements, there’s still plenty of buzz around potential surprises. Fans are particularly hopeful for updates on Hollow Knight: Silksong by Team Cherry, which has been off the radar for years.

Nintendo has also made it clear that these presentations will not include any information about their next console. The anticipated Nintendo Switch successor is rumored for a Q1 2025 launch, with a reveal expected before april 2025.
