Your Gmail account can be hacked by AI!

Nowadays we spend most of our lives online. Our email account contains many important information related to our personal and professional life. But do you know that your Gmail account can be hacked by AI?

Hackers are adopting new methods every day so that they can deceive people and steal their personal information. Nowadays a new threat is looming on the Internet which is targeting 2.5 billion users of Gmail using AI. In this new type of cyber attack, hackers are using fake calls made by AI which look exactly like real google support.

How do AI calls work?

A microsoft consultant named sam Mitrovic has recently shared his experience of being a victim of such a scam. He received a fake notification in which he was asked to approve an attempt to recover his Gmail account. Mitrovic ignored this alert.

But the hackers did not give up. Shortly after, he received another notification saying that he had missed a call from 'Google Sydney'. This call was also a trick of the hackers. This call looked so real that anyone could have been deceived. If Mitrovic had answered this call, the hackers would have tried to convince him to give his personal information. But Mitrovic did not do so and he escaped this scam.

This case shows that with the help of AI, hackers can now create fake things that look more real than before, which has made it easier to deceive people. If someone falls into such a scam and gives his personal information to the hackers, then his accounts can be hacked and his security can be at risk.
