Apple chief Tim Cook and google CEO Sundar Pichai earn a hefty salary. Their annual salary is around $75 million. But there is one person who has surpassed their salary heights. This is Starbucks' new CEO Brian Nicol. Brian Nicol joined Starbucks Corporation four months ago. In these four months, he has earned $96 million (about Rs 827 crore) from the company, which includes stock awards, his tours and other expenses. According to a Live Mint report, Brian Nicol's annual package has been fixed at $113 million. This is the highest salary package in corporate America.

94 percent of the amount will be received from stock awards

According to a Bloomberg report, 94 percent of Brian Nicol's salary will be received from stock awards. A large part of this is based on performance and incentives for three years. The regulatory filing made by Starbucks states that nicole joined the company in september 2024. On completion of one month in the company, he was given five million dollars as a signing bonus for joining.

The filing made on january 24 states that $ 1,43,000 of Nicole's salary is for her housing expenses. Similarly, $ 72,000 is for the cost of flight from her home in South california to Starbucks headquarters in Seattle. $ 19,000 is for spending on personal use of company aircraft.

According to a Bloomberg report, Brian nicole is among the 20 highest paid CEOs in America. His pay package is around $ 113 million. Nicol's predecessor as Starbucks' CEO was Laxman Narasimhan, who was removed after the coffee chain's sales declined, his failure to deal with boycott calls against Starbucks worldwide and a union worker's movement in the US. Starbucks' filing said that Nicol's track record has been good. He is expected to lead the coffee chain to growth.
