In the first phase of this project, computer and internet facilities were provided in the court. In the second phase, online case filing and video conferencing started. In the third phase, the work of the court will be made even faster, easier and transparent by using AI.

The government of india has given a budget of Rs 7210 crore for the third phase of the e-court project. Out of this budget, Rs 53.57 crore has been kept specifically for bringing artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to the High Court.

AI is making the courts smart. With the help of AI, it has become even easier for common people to get information about the case, get legal advice and understand the work of the court.

You can ask about case information, court rules and important updates from virtual assistants and chatbots running on artificial intelligence. This facility is available 24 hours a day, people can get help from it at any timeThis is very helpful for those who are not aware of the work of the court. Not only this, but by looking at old cases and decisions through AI, it can also predict what the outcome of your case could be.
