In what kind of cases can AI help?
There are many types of cases in the courts such as land-property, government offices and petty disputes. In most of these cases, what will be the decision, it is already known. AI can help a lot in such cases. If the land papers are clear, then AI can give the verdict itself. If everything is correct according to the rules, then AI can give the verdict itself. If there is an agreement between the two parties, then AI can give legal form to that agreement.
AI can also help in many cases related to family and job. For example, in a divorce case, if both the parties agree, then AI can prepare all the documents and give the verdict. Many court works can be made easier by using AI. This will save the time of the judges, cases will be settled quickly and people will get justice quickly.

With the help of AI, will the burden of courts be reduced?
There is a mountain of pending cases in indian courts, which has remained a big problem for decades. Lakhs of cases are pending for years waiting for justice. In such a situation, the question arises whether Artificial Intelligence (AI) can reduce this burden?
Of course, AI can help reduce the burden of pending cases on courts. This will save the time of judges and lawyers, allowing them to focus on more cases. AI will resolve cases quickly, which will provide quick justice to people. However, it is important to keep some things in mind while using AI. AI needs a lot of data, so it is important to take care of data security. We have to ensure that AI is fair and does not discriminate against anyone.
