According to Downdetector's data, 57% of users in the US had problems with the app, 34% had problems with the website and 9% had problems related to the server. In the UK, 61% of users had problems with the app, 34% with the website, and 5% with the server.
The impact of the outage in india was slightly less, but still more than 2,600 complaints were registered. 80% of users were unable to access the website, 11% had problems with login, and 9% had problems with the mobile app.
