66-year-old Louise Littlejohn, a resident of Dunfermline, received a voice mail from Lookers land rover garage in Motherwell. The woman had bought a car from this garage some time ago and now she was invited to an event. While transcribing this voice mail, Apple's AI tool wrote abusive words for Littlejohn in the message and also asked questions about her sex life. Littlejohn first thought this message was a scam, but after seeing the zip code, she understood that it was a message from the garage.

According to media reports, the woman said that she was shocked to see this message, but later she also found it funny. Littlejohn said that the garage people were trying to sell the car, but instead they sent an obscene message, which she did not even know about. This is not their fault.
