Applicants Cannot Be Disqualified From A job For Bringing Up Over qualification: Superb Court

 

NEW DELHI: The very best court has ruled that postgraduates can't be disqualified for a post requiring a degree. The bench of Justices vikram Nath and sandeep Mehta ruled on a petition filed against the rejection of software for the post of meals protection officer in jharkhand on the grounds of better qualification.
