

Whatsapp Down: Meta-Owned Messaging App Suffers Outage In India; Users Unable To Send Messages
New Delhi, Meta-owned famous messaging app whatsapp on saturday went down for customers in india, who had not been able to send messages and upload replies.
In step with the app outage monitoring platform Down Detector, at least eighty-one percent of users mentioned troubles with sending messages, while sixteen percent were in line with the average app experience.
"Is it just me or is your whatsapp down as well? I am looking to upload popularity, and it is taking forever to accomplish that," stated a consumer on X.
There has been no immediate declaration from whatsapp on the outage.
A few customers reported similar outages on FB and instagram as well, both owned by Meta.
"Hello @WhatsApp, Is the app down? I'm having problems sending messages—they're simply not going through. Anyone else going through this?" posted one person.
In overdue February, whatsapp experienced a massive outage, leaving many customers across the world not able to use the app nicely.
Users were not able to attach or ship messages via the whatsapp app or whatsapp internet or make any calls. Down Detector reported over 9,000 court cases on that day.
UPI offerings suffer nationwide outage, NPCI cites 'technical problems'
Earlier in the day, digital payments via Unified bills Interface (UPI) again for most users after the popular carrier suffered a nationwide outage affecting millions of customers.
Digital offerings on numerous online fee structures had been disrupted throughout the united states of america, hindering neighborhood buying, invoice payments and business transactions.
The countrywide bills organization of india (NPCI), which operates the UPI services, posted on X social media platform that the disruptions were because of technical troubles.
"NPCI is presently facing intermittent technical issues, main to partial UPI transaction declines," the NPCI, shared in a post on social media platform X.
"we are operating to solve the issue and could maintain you updated. We remorse the inconvenience precipitated," it added.
