Sapna can be seen lip-syncing the phrase ("I am flame, not a blossom") Sapna appears in the video wearing a maroon salwar suit and lip-syncing the famous speech.

Her reputation in northern india helped her win a spot on bigg boss 11. She's also appeared in films like Veer Dee Wedding and Naanu ki Jaanu, where she sang item songs.
